1. General
TrendMatrix is an iOS app for statistical analysis of lottery draw data, developed by Swiss TechWerk Rodriguez, Switzerland.
2. Purpose of Use
TrendMatrix is intended exclusively for entertainment and statistical analysis:
- Analysis of historical SwissLotto® and EuroMillions® draw data
- Generation of tip suggestions based on statistics (12 strategies)
- Understanding frequencies, trends and patterns
3. No Guarantee of Winnings
Use is at your own risk. Swiss TechWerk Rodriguez is not liable for financial losses.
4. Premium Subscription
- Monthly: CHF 5.00/month – cancel anytime
- Yearly: CHF 50.00/year – cancel anytime
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel in Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions → TrendMatrix. Cancellation must be at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds according to Apple's policies. For issues: support@trendmatrix.app
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to TrendMatrix, including app code, design and content, belong to Swiss TechWerk Rodriguez. No copying, modification, decompilation or redistribution without explicit permission.
7. Trademarks
SwissLotto® is a registered trademark of Swisslos. EuroMillions® is a registered trademark of the participating lotteries. TrendMatrix has no official connection to these organizations.
8. Data Accuracy
We strive for accuracy of lottery data but make no guarantee of completeness or correctness. The official results of the lottery operators are always authoritative (swisslos.ch, euromillions.com).
9. Availability
We strive for high availability of the app and data. Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.
10. Responsible Gaming
Lottery is a game of chance. Please play responsibly and only stake amounts you can afford to lose.

11. Changes
